Program overview (21 days)

Train in Canggu, Bali with a curriculum rooted in Traditional Hatha and complemented by Hatha Flow and Vinyasa. You’ll progress from foundations to confident teaching through daily asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, alignment labs, and teaching practicums.

Anandam Yoga School approach is authentic and personal: small groups, mentorship from experienced Indian and international teachers, and step-by-step feedback so you graduate ready to teach with integrity.

Exploring different yoga styles

Develop a clear, embodied understanding of Traditional Hatha, Hatha Flow, and Vinyasa, their philosophy, principles, sequencing logic, and teaching approaches. By experiencing and comparing each style, you’ll build the insight to teach what truly aligns with you and your students.

Finding your teaching voice

Teaching is more than cueing postures, it’s the living expression of yoga. Through guided practice teaching and reflection you’ll discover your authentic voice and how to communicate clearly, inclusively, and confidently.

Building confidence

Confidence comes from experience, structure, and support. You’ll receive constructive feedback after practicums, learn how to plan and deliver classes, and practice holding space so you can step into the role of teacher with ease and authenticity.
