Why should you join a yoga retreat in Rishikesh?
The fast-paced and chaotic nature of modern life can make it difficult to slow down, connect with nature, and discover your true self. Long working hours and the constant pursuit of success can leave little time to connect with and express your emotions.

Spending time in nature can support a greater sense of well-being. This retreat offers an opportunity to step away from everyday stress and focus on personal well-being in a peaceful environment.
Unlike many intensive yoga programs, this retreat takes a gentler approach, with an emphasis on healing and meditation. The practices are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nature, and like-minded people.

21 Day Yoga and Meditation Retreat Curriculum
Yoga Sessions
Every day throughout the retreat, take part in Hatha yoga and Vinyasa Flow sessions designed to help you move your body and connect your mind and breath with your movements. The practices encourage relaxation and reconnection with yourself and are suitable for beginners.
Yogic Cleansing
Yogic cleansing, also known as Shatkarma kriyas, consists of cleansing techniques designed to clear the nasal passages, support easier breathing, and prepare the mind and body for pranayama practices.
Pranayama Session
Pranayama sessions introduce breathing techniques designed to help relieve stress during and after the retreat. These practices provide an opportunity to turn inward, step away from external distractions, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
Meditation Session
Daily meditation sessions introduce techniques for sitting quietly, observing your feelings without judgment, and developing a regular meditation practice that can be continued after the retreat.
Sound Healing Session
A sound healing session with Tibetan singing bowls offers a soothing experience through gentle vibrations, helping you relax and connect with your inner self.
Ayurvedic Therapies
During the retreat, two complimentary Ayurvedic therapies of your choice are included to help you relax and rejuvenate. Available therapies include:
Abhyanga Massage
An Ayurvedic full-body massage using warm oils, traditionally practiced to promote relaxation, support lymphatic drainage, and nourish the skin.
Shirodhara
A traditional Ayurvedic treatment in which warm medicated liquid is poured onto the centre of the forehead in a continuous, rhythmic flow.
Akshitarpan and Nasya
Akshitarpan, an Ayurvedic therapy focused on the eyes, and Nasya, a therapy involving the nasal passages, are commonly used together to support eye comfort and clear the nasal tract.
Basti
Kati Basti, Janu Basti, and Greeva Basti use a dough ring to contain warm medicated oil over specific areas of the body. These therapies are traditionally used to support relaxation and relieve discomfort.
- Kati Basti: lower back and spine
