Comfortable accommodation is available for those who wish to experience an ashram-style retreat or simply take a break from the busy city. Depending on the location, accommodation options include private rooms for couples and single rooms with attached bathrooms. Come, slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through yoga, meditation, nature, and Nepalese spirituality.
- Day 1: Introduction on Reiki and schedule explanation, energy massage
- Day 2: Reiki initiation 4 hours
- Day 3: Follow up on the initiation and practice of sadhana 4 hours
All the participants are welcome to join the yoga program of the ashram. The Reiki program is designed to allow students to participate in the morning and evening yoga asana classes alongside their Reiki training. The schedule is arranged to provide a balanced experience of both practices; however, on certain days, the yoga class may be adjusted or replaced to accommodate the Reiki training schedule.
A visit to the beautiful historic town nearby is definitely part of the programme, if you would like to join.
